This place is the best! I take my 5 year old pit mix and my 10 and 12 year old kitties here. Very caring and kind. They just "get it" that for some of us these pets are our children. My animals all had weird "phantom" issues when I was going through chemo because they were so distraught I was ill. Every vet here I encountered treated me and my pets with reverence and respect. I highly recommend them if you need a good vet that cares.
The people who work here are the very best!!! They go out of their way to help you in any problem you have, they are so compassionate and caring people, I have taken my animals there ever since I moved to the area, and all the staff are so gentle with your beloved pets in no matter what they do and my cats respond to them and trust them. Liverpool Village Animal Hospital was a great experience. It started from the reception when I called. Susan was friendly and helpful. The waiting room as well as exam room was clean and very pet friendly. We barely waited in the waiting room or for the doctor. Doctor Prosser was knowledgeable and patient. I would definitely recommend all animal lovers take their pets here.
We recently brought our Cavalier, Ginger, for a broken tooth. They quickly assessed her and discovered she was in liver failure. With Dr. Jordan’s and all of her team, they acted and brought it under control. I can’t say enough good things about this group. Thank you all very much:-) �
We have been taking our animals to the Liverpool Animal Hospital for over 30years. The entire staff is incredibly caring, courteous and thorough. We wouldn’t go any place else!!!

Our 15 year old dog Sadie was very ill. Not sure what was up with her. Couldn’t keep food down and not drinking water. She was extremely weak and lethargic. Called and they made an effort to get her in ASAP. She was seen by Dr. Wojcik. He determined she was dehydrated and running a fever. He gave us several options, he ended up giving her fluids, An antibiotic and a shot to stop the vomiting. He asked us to call the next day anticipating that she would be noticeably better.
