I wouldn't shop here if it was the last Toyota dealership. KC Waterbury (the GM) has a very unprofessional candor, and a denigrating attitude towards customers who are unhappy. My mother was basically charged 1,000$ for a test drive for a Toyota they had to "ship in" from Carl Malone Toyota literally 20 minutes away. The uncompromising attitude towards my mother was crass, and did not carry the professional attitude you would expect from the GM of a car dealership. The best car buying experience! Dave Lund invited us in and we met with Jared. I saw a car online that we were interested in and after driving it we decided to purchase.
