Every time I’ve had my car serviced, the people have always treated me great. They take there time in explaining things, they don’t always recommend things just to get more money, they explain how long you have before a “ fix” is necessary. I never feel pressured. I’ve been going there since I bought my car ( about 2 years) and never had a problem. Thumbs up to them all!
The service department and parts department at Toyota Bountiful are amazing! I have had my car serviced there for years and have only received the best from them. They are very timely and always keep me informed on what they are doing.
Our service tech is the best! He is very committed to making customers have a fantastic experience at the service department. We went to have service that ended up not being needed. The symptom was actually something else. Saved us repairing the wrong part. They were still able to finish on the same day. Awesome!
Jadin was great to work with. Super thorough and gave me all the info I need for the upcoming future of my vehicle, too. I also LOVED the waiting room!! Makes us customers feel appreciated and welcomed as we are waiting for our cars. Thank you!!
