Unprofessional salesman, Don couldn’t do his job right the first time because he wanted to close the sale with me on my car. When I mentioned going to the bank to get a loan directly from them he literally said , “please don’t do that, that’s going to hurt me”. I still got the car because it was a good price and a good car. Its litterally the worst place to buy a car. They are awful in every way, from sales to service to customer service they just dont car. And when I tried to comment on Toyotas posts they just blocked me from leaving comments instead of dealing with the issues.
Don't walk away, run away or better yet stay away unless you like getting screwed over. Dealership, via Jeff Christensen, agreed to a sale price on a used truck. After the sale price was agreed to in writing and the lies of "we'll work with you" they sold it out from underneath me withouthe basic courtesy of a phone call, text, etc to tell me before they completed the transaction with another party.
