I purchased 2 vehicles from this location which was no biggie for me since I already knew exactly what I wanted. My car was totaled and I needed info required only by the dealership to help with my gap insurance. I left several messages and never was contacted back. I found a car online went into the dealership and connected with a salesmen. He was young, had only started in the last couple months and was such a sweet young man. Luckily I took a screenshot of the advertised price while I was in their showroom purchasing my car. After I said I wanted it, they increased the price a thousand bucks. Then they fought me on it until I pulled out my phone to prove the much lowered advertised price. Unethical business practices. I do not recommend these guys.

Just drove our 2015 Toyota RAV4 off the Toyota Bountiful lot! We love it. The sales team at Toyota Bountiful were extremely helpful and considerate. T.C. Macfarlane of sales hooked us up with the perfect ride for us and our budget. Jake Reck on the finance team was most helpful squaring away our finances. Purchased a 60 month 60,000 mile extended warranty on a used car from Toyota bountiful. It expired 44 months later. Now the Sales manger is telling me that the warranty started before I purchased the used car. Got ripped off. Buy a car from anywhere but this place.
Horrible service! Found a truck thru this dealership and were ready to pay cash. Drove 1 hr to get here two days in a row and they didn’t honor the price they told us the day before. Not an honorable business. I promise you’ll find a better deal and better people to work with else where .
