The sales part of the dealership is pleasant, but the service part is horrible. They don’t tell you an honest quote time, or price. They quoted me a certain price, then upped it without talking with me about it. Didn’t apologize and said they didn’t have their managers information to give out. Tried calling the next day and spoke to the floor manager and explained the experience. He apologized and said he’d have the service manager call and that hasn’t happened. Disorganized and dishonest to say the least.
They are so nice and great to work with.

I have always had a great experience at Bountiful Toyota. I liked the video they took while working on my truck and made recommendations but was never pushy on having the work done.
I have a premium package for all maintenance and they never ever want to do what I’m aloud to have done its a fight every time this time someone hit a pole with my car right side of the front of my car and they tried to say it was already there but I also take photos of my car before taken it in because I have had so many issues in the past I hate Toyota
From the moment I walked in, I was treated with efficiency and respect. Daniel was a wonderful sales person and covered everything with excellence and truthfulness. Scott did a great job with the finance end. Doug and Tex were also kind as they spoke with me about their dealership, and extras that I could add at the time, or down the road. I would recommend them for your next Toyota purchase!
