RecommendedI’ve always had great service with Toyota Bountiful! We live in West Haven and we choose to drive all the way to Bountiful for service.
service department is not great. last time we were there it took over 2 hours. our radio doesn't work on our 2017 rav 4. last time we were there were told we should get a new radio under warranty. we were told they would order us a new one. been over 2 weeks and we haven't heard anything.
The people that work at Toyota bountiful are good on checking inspection on the vehicle. They are very kind to their costumers.
