i actually had a very good experience purchasing a new Rav4 from Gerry. He was very considerate and helpful. My prevoius 5 purchases were from a LHM dealership, the last not a good experience. Corey the finance specialist did an excellent job explaining all the details of our purchase. My only suggestion is to not stuff all the paperwork into a letter envelope, a folder or binder wiuld have been nice.
