My husband purchased a brand new 2017 Tacoma from Toyota bountiful that came with a lift kit that they installed. Well at the beginning of February 2020 my husband noticed that his driver side rear shock had failed and blasted a hole in the bed of the truck. They say they’re not responsible. Toyota says they’re not responsible because it has a lift...that Toyota Bountiful installed!!! So no, don’t buy here. You’ll get no help, terrible customer service and terrible quality of service. Very happy with my most recent experience with Bountiful Toyota. I took my RAV4 for routine service. I arrived on time and was given a timeline for completion of service. Service was completely done with car wash in less time allotted.
