5 Months. That's how long our truck was gone. We bought a used truck; they said a new tranny had been installed. Two days later we found out it had NOT been installed. They install it and the truck shows ALL the problems hidden by the tranny issue. We take it in to their dealership multiple times they can't figure it out. From my experience, once the vehicle is purchased, if you have any issues with the contract or questions, it's a real pain to get ahold of someone. I couldn't get anyone to call me back and ended up having to text and Facebook the dealership to work through my issues (which have been going on for 9 weeks now). I even visited the dealership numerous times and waited over 90 minutes once, with no luck. I worked with Toyota to get myself into a truck. The truck I chose ended up being more than my budget allowed. The finance team worked hard for me and was able to successfully get me the exact truck I wanted. I will return soon to buy another truck.

I had a very pleasant experience with the sales side of this dealership. However, the service side leaves much to be desired. My temporary registration was screwed on incorrectly, leaving it impossible to correctly put on the permanent plate. I was told that the body guys would need to fix it and they would contact me. Ha! I never got a call. In fact, I have called SEVERAL times myself to get it taken care of, and cannot get anyone to call back.
