I got a text to call for service. I did went in and told him oil change and tire rotation. He said too early. I said I was going on road trip. Need it! He refused. They only did tire rotation. Then I asked if our other Toyota has AWD or FWD he didn’t know he asked someone else, he didn’t know. I said we bought it here and service it can you look it up. He said no you need to bring it in!!! Nope I won’t be taking it in. Thx
