I was told battery was testing low I told them not to replace it they somehow miss understood me when I asked for a 10% discount on the diagnostic fee and they installed a new battery yet right on my printed copy of my bill it says customer declined install service they recommended. Then they want me to still leave a 5 star review. Just do not understand them. I normally use Performance Honda always great service and prices. Thanks

I shopped around at a couple dealerships and bountiful gave me the best price right away, it was a smooth car buying process and everyone was very helpful, hunter my sales guy kept communication while we waited for our car to arrive. Uriah the finance manager was very easy to work with and didn’t pressure us into anything we didn’t want, definitely recommend them!
Where to begin.... I scheduled my appointment over the phone and when I showed up for it they said I don’t have one. After arguing for a minute they said they could fit me in. I have a leased Tundra that I’ve had for 10 months. I only have about 5800 miles on it, but feel the first oil change is the most important and did not want to wait till the 10k mark so even though the sticker on my window said service was due and the alert on the dash said it was due they were trying to turn me away for service.
