We went in for a recall and were charged $67 because they looked over our whole vehicle which we did not ask them to do. We asked them if it was possible to remove or disconnect the car alarm that keeps going off randomly and they told us it could not just be disconnected and would take several hours to remove and would not know the cost of that until they completed it. We took it to another body shop that took 5 minutes to disconnect it with no charge. Liars.

I arranged an appointment. Appointment was to last 1 hour. However they were very busy and I waited 1 hr and 55 minutes. Was disappointed- and no car wash
One guy helping three customers at a time. I knew what I was going to buy and it still took 4 hours before I walked out of there with my car. Almost left 3 times but just as I’m about to leave they come and talk to me. Should have just left. Worst experience ever! Won’t be going there again even if the car was free.
