Took my 2008 Land cruiser here when we were in a road trip from Florida. They fix a valve cover that a previous shop in NM broke. Andrew was our service guy that was on top of everything and kept me inform. He and the mechanic that spoke with my mechanic from Florida and worked on my vehicle did a great job. We were pleased with service, cost and attention. And this was a great state to break down, we loved the mountains and all the things to do and visit.
I took my 4-Runner in for its 60,000 mile check-up this week. Mark was awesome from beginning to end of my service experience. He got me started right on time, knew what he was talking about, didn’t pressure me, kept me updated on all procedures, gave me estimated completion time. Excellent experience! I have never had a bad experience at Toyota Bountiful. As a woman, I truly appreciate that I am treated fairly and not talked down to. Good job, Mark and Toyota Bountiful.🙂

They were able to get my car right in there to do an inspection as I was purchasing it from a dealer down the street- Incredible Auto. They were very helpful and went through it from top to bottom. Then the person in the service department went over the CarMax report for me and gave me a list of things he'd recommend I do buying this older used car. They were terrific!
