I’ve usually have had a positive experience but this last service I was told it would be a hour and a half after 2 1/2 hours it was done I asked them to put a different drain plug when they changed the oil and they didn’t also whoever worked on my car left a half empty zuppas cup not sure if they took my car to get but over all very disappointed
when we first arrived they told us that it would be an hour and a half to do an oil change a front end alignment and rotate tires 3 hours later we're still sitting there waiting for car three people came in three people left before we did they got their oil changed and got out of there they were still working on are car I think they let everybody else go before us because we were women I'm not a dumb woman I do know how long it takes to change oil and these guys thought that we were three old ladies and we didn't know no bet... read more
