The experience to have a trailer hitch installed was very positive. It was finished one hour less than an estimate.
The service department is very nice and explains everything you ask in detail to make sure you know exactly what they are going to repair on your vehicle. They are not in a hurry and take their time to make sure you have a great experience at Toyota Bountiful.

This has been the most ridiculous place I have ever bought a car from EVER. So many negative things have happened, but the two most ridiculous things to have happened are 1. They sold me a car without having the emissions done first and I had to come back from the Ogden area weeks later to get it done and 2. They sold me a car that they DID NOT even have the title too!! So right now I can't even get my plates until they figure it out. I am beyond done with this company. My advice is stay away from these people!!
