Incredibly slow service, and often not done right. Yesterday (8/13) after waiting 1 hour for what I was told would be a 30 minute service, I got a call from my "service advisor" saying an oil change doesn't need to be done yet. I know I needed new tires and they told me they have the tires in stock and could have them on and my vehicle done in an hour.
