Felt like the staff was dishonest and deceiving. Luckily, I didn’t buy from them.
Hands down the WORST dealership in Utah, if not the entire US. I have been treated better by "Buy here, pay here" car lots. These jokers put the wrong name on the extended service contract and gap insurance policy, didn't put my name, as co-borrower, on the registration or the extended contracts, and that was just the beginning. Today our truck was scheduled for recall work. They had the truck half the day, then called and said that one recall does not apply because UTAH IS NOT A COLD WEATHER STATE! Just bought my 5th vehicle from Toyota Bountiful. Being a return customer, I can tell you that the sal s staff have worked well with me in purchasing the vehicle I was looking for. The financing department is fair and I’ve never felt pressured. Another great thing about Toyota Bountiful is their service department. Again, they accommodated my service needs and their work is honest and through. I’d say the reason I keep coming back to them is their extraordinary customer service. Once they got going things went well they got me the right price and the car that will work for me. I would have just like the experience to be a little quicker. It took about three hour before I got to test drive anything.
