Service center is always friendly, honest, fast and efficient. I would highly recommend them. I live in California now but often try to schedule service back in bountiful around travel because they do such a great job.
Normally do not look forward to dealership process in general, however the support staff (Nick, Brandon, and Ben, K.C.) were all “top shelf”. They took great care of us, focused on exactly what we wanted/needed, there was no nonsense, no pressure nor hassle, and they were up front/real with us. This was my first time going to this location since I just moved here from out of state and I’ve never been treated better at a dealership! Grady was so professional and informative. He explained everything they were going to do and all the services that I needed at my next visit. He also offered me a complimentary wash and vacuum and left my car spotless! Definitely 5 stars!

I’ve been going to Bountiful Toyota for 4 years now since I’ve moved to Utah and have always appreciated their customer service and great maintenance services on my car. I’ve had Grady as my Service Advisor multiple times and he is very attentive and really good at explaining how things work and what work I am getting done on my car.
