RecommendedThey are a no pressure no BS dealership. I’ve gone to a dealer in South Jordan and it was a circus and they made life difficult. Well I live in West Jordan and drive all the way to Bountiful for their service. We have purchased 3 vehicles here
I made an appointment for 9 and didn’t leave till 1, it was just for a regular service of an oil change and tire rotation. The guy kept telling me it was only going to be 10 more mins, 10 mins turned into 2 more hours.
Good customer service and communication. I went in while they were busy and they got it done in less than the time they estimated it would be.

Super impressed with Grady, a super service advisor, who worked with me and coordinated installation of a towing hitch on my vehicle. He got it done in record time and the tech even stayed late to finish it up so it was ready first thing in the morning the next day! Imagine my surprise when I received notification as the shop was opening that the work on my suv was done! Kudos to Grady and the whole team! Thanks

It was a great visit and the hospitality as always is on point.
I recently went and asked that they check my tire pressure during routine oil change on 2019 Toyota camry hybrid. He told me sure we will check and fill the tires he showed me a picture 30 minutes in that had a tire with a nail in it said its un repairable. 30 minutes more i get in my car drive off I notice they didn't clear that i had a service done still said I was due. my tire pressure was still low. this leads me to believe they didn't use a checklist and may have skipped stuff.
