Very thankful I had the privilege to work with Mr. John Campbell and long time friend Nathan Myers. They were able to get my family and I into an amazing vehicle that was best for our family. They were amazing.
Offered a low trade in value. Left me sitting for long periods of time during negotiation. Didn't want to budge on price - told I was getting the best deal which it turns out wasn't true. Test drive was short and not informative. Was told that my 2-year technical school wouldn't count for Toyota college graduate rebate - also not true. Overall I didn't feel respected as a customer. I bought a brand new 2017 Toyota Corolla from Performance Toyota and I love it! Rashawn Jackson was so easy to deal with and was awesome as always! We will definitely be back to deal with Rashawn and Performance Toyota!
My tire blew on I-75 and I was no where near home. I used the Drive Sure benefits you get when you get oil changes here and a service guy came out within 20 minutes and put my spare on for FREE. I limped over to Performance at 4 p.m., pulled in and calmly explained that if I drove home, I wouldn't make it back on the spare. They replaced my tire right then and there and to my surprise with my Drive Sure Benefits and the coverage on the tire (which I purchased there earlier this year) the whole replacement was free too. We had a great experience a couple weeks ago with John Campbell. In fact, we were so disappointed with management and finance at Kings Toyota that we decided to visit Performance Toyota instead.
