Our experience at Performance Toyota and Scion was nothing short of perfect. The team, Angel in particular, was very responsive to emails and phone calls prior to us even coming to see the car. The staff was kind and knowledgeable - welcoming but not in the "jump in your face as soon as you walk in the door" kind of way that dealerships are notorious for. What a great experience, the salesman Courtnell was amazing. The manager Nate was so easy to talk to, and the finance manager Jim was extremely polite and very knowledgeable. I recommend everyone to come here.
