This place is a joke. After negotiating a price for a used 2013 Toyota Sienna the "Sales Manager" tried to give me a 5.84% interest rate. I promptly told him he was crazy and asked him if that was the best the bank would give us, knowing full well that my credit was great. He said "we didn't send it to the bank", when I asked him why not he said "this price was negotiated with this high interest rate". I was sold a used 2008 Highlander and an extended bumper-to-bumper warranty this spring. I was traveling on the East coast when the check engine and traction control lights lit up on the dashboard. I immediately called the service department TWICE! Both service staff told me it was likely something minor and safe to drive. I scheduled a follow-up appointment for later that week after I would arrive home from vacation. Sadly, it was not safe to drive the vehicle.
