Don't ever buy a Performance Toyota. Drove car for 15 min total and the car is stalling out of ac is one. Found return policy online however, the refuse to honor it �
We bought a Used Jeep Liberty and 2 weeks later the head gasket blew in the engine. We were devastated. I brought the vehicle in thinking they would fight me on the repair. We had bought a extended warranty and we were thankful for that. It took a whole month for them to fix our Jeep. Through this process my husband's mother was dying from Lung cancer and passed away. I WARN EVERYONE THAT GOES TO THIS CRAP HOLE!! Go to kings toyota!! Everything about performance fairfield toyota is awful! From selling cars under you, to the used car manager, to their service center that cant ever find the problem until its too late and your car stops running! To simply being ripped off!!! KINGS TOYOTA IS WHERE ITS AT! All around a great experience. Whats sad is ive been a customer with fairfield sense 2010! And they lost my business! Bye! I got so much better at kings!

Performance toyota would not budge on price of used truck. Although retail on kbb was around $1700 less than sale price. And low balled my trade at $500. Kbb trade in for my vehicle condition and mileage is at least $1500. Other lots have offered at least $1700. Toyota would not budge. Wanted a used truck. They tried persuading me to buy a new Prius. No thanks.
