I absolutely hate the car buying experience. We were sold on Toyota and tried the Colerain location first. Luckily we ended up at the Fairfield location. They were flexible and gave us a good price along with making the process a tolerable one.
Will NEVER buy another car from Performance Toyota or any stores affiliated with them. Purchased a 2017 used car on 7/3 for our son and car is in the shop already a week and a half later with MAJOR repairs. Toyota states they have no loaner cars while car is being repaired and didn’t seem to care to do anything to find one and refused to pay for a rental car even thought their website goes on about their customer service and that they will provide a rental or loaner car!!! I just purchased a 2018 Tundra from this dealership last Sunday. Nate Myers and Lee Allen were who I dealt with, and despite my less than perfect credit they were able to do everything they could to ensure I was happy with my purchase! I hope to never buy another vehicle, but if I do I will definitely be a return customer! And everyone I know looking for cars will be referred to this dealership!!
