Asked for an estimate on a repair after calling more than once to achieve it. Not impressed with the phone etiquette of anyone I spoke with. Received a quote of $1180.00 to replace a radiator in my 2006 Camry. I found someone that will do the job for $350. A radiator only cost $100+. Who gets over $200 per hour to repair a vehicle!? Greed!!!

Potential repeat customer had the worst sales experience ever - the "Sales Manager" was very demeaning and rude. My husband and I wound up walking out before any sale was completed. No follow up call from the original sales associate, John, and no follow up to the "Contact Us" form being sent on their website.

Spoke with Craig all day. Told in order to make deal work had to get financing through them (though we already had great financing in line due to excellent credit). They ran my husband's credit through multiple banks (basically shot-gunning his credit), told we had financing through Bank of America. On way to get car (1.5 hour drive), told car is sold to someone else. Excuse..."policy". Beware...terrible customer service.
