Just leased a 2019 Tacoma through Jeff Rhoads. Cannot say enough good things about Jeff he is so knowledgeable and goes through absolutely everything with you. I can’t thank him and Nate enough for getting everything to work out for us and get us in the Tacoma when we didn’t think it was going to be possible! I have bought 3 cars from Performance Toyota and I can’t imagine buying from anywhere else.
I’ve had the worst experience with Toyota! I went to many different Toyota car dealerships looking for my first car and truly every single person sales person that actually approached me (wasn’t many) was rude, unhelpful, wasn’t informative, and really just thought I was a joke probably cause of my age. I know I’m a young girl that probably doesn’t seem like I’d be leasing/ financing a car, but there I was ready too! Every employee I’ve had contact with has been incredibly rude and unhelpful. I’ve been harassed and called names by a sales manager and the general manager. I’ve made countless requests to speak with the owner of this dealership and have had the phone hung up on me each time. Tom (general manager) never gave me a reason as to why I was denied the contact information I’ve requested. I do not recommend doing business with these people!
Customer service to have service done is horrible from the guy working at the counter all the way up to the manager (Nate). To say I'm disappointed in an understatement. In the past i have been extremely happy with the service but I dont know what's happened but whatever happened needs to change ASAP. Very rude and disrespectful to say the least. I could go on with the details but we'll just leave it at this.
We purchased a 2018 Highlander on Saturday. It was our first time buying a brand new car together. Eddie Greer and Logan were both great. It went pretty fast even with our trade in. Great job Performance Toyota. We love our new Highlander!
After the sale service is just as important if not more than before you purchase your vehicle.
They don’t honor the warranties they sell to their customers. They sold a truck with a lift kit already installed and then said that because the truck has a lift he will have to pay 3000 dollars in extra labor on a repair that should be warranty work
