After leasing Toyota vehicles for many years, I came in to Performance intending to purchase a new Corolla. Garrett was a pleasure to work with, and I didn't at all feel pressured. The dealership was willing to work with me to get my payment and finance terms where I wanted, and I left with a great new 2020 Corolla. My boyfriend and I just purchased our two new cars in one day by Garrett Lee. We were very happy with the customer service and the deals Garrett and the dealership provided. Unlike some salesmen who can be pushy sometimes (or at least in my pass experience) Garrett is definitely one of a kind. He was attentively checking in on us yet didnt make us feel pressured into making any decision unless we wanted to. Will definitely recommend him and the dealership to anyone.
Very disappointed in the Sales department, gave us a price & agreed on. Ran the credit which was excellent to begin with and was trying to scam us by telling us they never agreed on the price. Horrible service, we were very much interested in the truck and was planning on taking it home with us. We have bought two cars from them in the past five years but Tom Meadow the GM is the biggest arrogant jerk and needs to be fired with Evan n team. LIARS very disappointed and never going back there.
