I really enjoyed my experience Performance. Toyota my sales person Rachel Root was fantastic. I told her not that it mattered but it was the first time I Purchased a vehicle from a woman. I told her she went directly about business she didn't talk any yang or double talk. She didn't flood the zone with useless information or distract me with things I wasn't interested in. I came with my own finance and she got me a better rate by .3 points and saved me loan origination charge! Very cool!
The people in the service department were nice and things were done in timely manner. Until we drove away from the shop and my new car locked and was unable to drive. My husband checked the oil and there was none. Someone forgot to tighten up the plug or flitter and all the oil had drained out of my car.
Our salesperson, Donna was extremely helpful and very nice! Even though she was new to Toyota, Donna went the extra mile to answer all of our questions and concerns. I would highly recommend her!!
Even tho I was a day early for my appointment the service staff found a way to work me in for service and I was out with in an hour
Service manager was very good got me in and back out less than 1hr. Your service is awesome
They put extra effort into making the customer happy!
