Today My husband and I were in looking for the Toyota Highlander. My Husband had spoken with Chuck over the phone and when we went in today we met him for the first time. He was such a pleasure to work with and we did not feel like he was a high pressure salesman. He was very informative and knowledgeable about the car we were looking at. He is very personable as well as professional and a true pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend Chuck to my family and friends.
If I had to use one word to describe my experience at Performance Honda, it would be Phenomenal. Even before I stepped foot into the office, employee Marco Antonio Meneses Gonzalez made sure any questions that I had were answered and I was prepared for my 'first' car buying process. The entire staff was pleasant and friendly and so helpful. I was comfortable and not once did I feel pressured. I needed a vehicle that could fit my needs and my budget and they made it happen and for that I am forever grateful.

Always welcomed with a smile, had Kyle this time, when my car was all done, he was kind to place my key back into the remote, very nice young man..I recommend if going to wash cars at least dry them off other than this I have no complaints

They worked with us gathering as much as they could prior to coming in. Normally, buying a car with all the numbers adjusting to our liking takes 4 hours. This process was less than 2, test driving, appraising the trade, and waiting for the offers to come in. Not our fastest but the second fastest
We worked with Michael Bronson. Hes one of the best. He answered all our questions, and helped us get in a brand new car, which I never thought was possible. I highly recommend working with him.
