RecommendedFirst of all, I love the product. My Camry has been reliable for almost 10 years! The service department at Performance is excellent. They explain everything in language I can understand and do not press me or scare me into getting services on my vehicle. They suggest scheduled maintenance services in increments so I am not overwhelmed with large bills. I will buy my next car at Performance!
Kelley made it easy to work through the process.
They are prompt getting my car in and me in their comfortable waiting room. I'm kept informed of the progress via text and a video when appropriate. The free car wash at the end is a bonus.

The service department was good. It was easy to make an appointment. They did not ask me an unnecessary service. The shuttle bus was cool. They texted me the status of the service of my RV4.
Max was a very good salesperson! Very accommodating 2 anything I asked for, different car choices other models! When I dealt with the man in financing it was like friends from back in the day! Joking around but still about business! In other words it was a very pleasant experience thumbs up to Toyota for such a great atmosphere!
I usually dread going to car dealerships but Gary (and Michelle) made my experience today as pleasant as possible. Gary, I can't thank you enough for spending so much time helping me get exactly what I wanted for the right price. You are genuine and helpful and your knowledge of cars is impressive.
