Made appointment to take car in for recall on airbag, was told repair would take 2 hours, an hour after waiting was told would be additional 4-5 hours. Got rental with $250 deposit required, 6 hours later they called to say repair couldn’t be completed because didn’t have parts. Customer service was terrible, not helpful and frankly rude -condescending as they attempted to compare their service to a doctor’s office where it’s difficult to determine how long a repair may take... they misled from beginning, didn’t keep appoint... read more

The knowledge of the cars and general car shown by Jeff Rhoades was comforting. The lot and showroom were both very clean as well. I never felt like I was being ripped off or hustled. I definitely recommend performance Toyota!!
