Service department is terrible. Everytime I get my 4Runner serviced there is always and issue. Communication is very poor. After my lease is up, and if I keep my truck I will not take it to Performance Toyota. I would rather drive to another dealership.

They were very accommodating during this shutdown. Communicating very well with texts and video of service performed. Especially liked the fact that they would pick up and deliver the car for a very reasonable price. This is my fourth Toyota, but it won't be my last!
the customer service. The timely manner in which the service men and women wait on their customers. I also like the car videos they share of your vehicle being serviced.
My salesman was Oz. Took me for a ride, and not in the vehicle, on price & trade-in. Hindsight is 20/20. I should have walked out and done to a more ethical, honest dealership. That being said, their service department people answering the phones are rude and ill informed. Simple fix for me was to call another dealership to find out about a recall applicable to my vehicle. The experience was night and day. Worth the drive and lesson learned.
Terrible customer service and the car we bought was dirty inside. I am spending my time to clean it and the response or lack of from management team is lacking! BTW I took pictures of the interior.
