My recommendation comes with a name Carlos Adams. Carlos was the only salesperson that offered to help me. This was my 3rd visit. There were3 salesmen out front talking and smoking that said they were busy. I went inside and the receptionist asked 2 additional people that were standing in the showroom, they were also busy. My 3rd trip on Sat, Jan. 18th Carlos came out in the rain and asked if he could help me. He was professional and knowledgeable. The 3rd trip trumped the other2 to be positive about Performance Toyota
