About a month ago, I bought a used minivan from the people at Performance Toyota in Fairfield. I had done my research and was very excited about the van I had driving a fair distance to come and see. Never buy from them if u live in Indiana. They don’t keep here word. They sell cars from under you after spending days talking to them. Then got all the paperwork from them 4 days before it was due and don’t have all we need from them and didn’t pay for taxes in Indiana
spent 4 days test driving and negotiating on a specific car and literally within 10 minutes after accepting an offer they sold it out from under me. what a waste of my time. unethical and unprofessional.
I went to Performance Toyota the other week to purchase a vehicle. 1st they don't pull your actual credit score or report. They used an auto enhanced version. 2nd after waiting almost 3 hours the best they could offer was 16% interest No one knew anything about the cars minor defects I was looking into. It was a complete mess. I got a 2014 Toyota Corolla S a week later from a different dealership with a much better price tag. Don't waste your time here.
Saturday my wife and I just leased a new 2018 Toyota Sienna. We had been researching them for a few weeks and came to find that Performance has been the lowest price in the Cincy area. While a little out of our way, we made the trek to Fairfield and left with a great car that we love, priced fairly cheaper than the rest. We loved the friendly service from our sales man Rashawn. He took the time to show us the features of the vehicle and to really get to know us. I will recommend you all to anyone looking.
