My friend and I went to performanceToyota try to buy a car. They gave us an offer $38,800 included tax . We did not buy during that time . Then We came back because Toyota have the incentive $750 dollars . They change the price. They did not keep their promise. They said the price it goes up . no longer offer that price. I thought the incentive good for the buyer to buy and the dealer can not use that to go against the buyer or what ever the reason. They should keep their words . We had a very positive experience at Performance Toyota. We appreciate the courtesy extended to us throughout the entire process by our sales representative, Marco. We knew what we were looking to buy (and spend) and Brandon, the internet sales manager was respectful and courteous with our decisions. Steve in finance made the process easy and I think Marco was as excited about the final presentation of our vehicle to us as we were. Our sales rep touted a 2006 RAV4 with 74,0000 miles as being a one-owner clean Carfax dream. Nightmares are dreams, right? They did not tell us that this engine had a Toyota manufacurer's defect of excessive oil consumption. I wonder why the sales rep left that part out.... We could not make it to the first oil change. We are out $14,000. They are doing nothing for us. They do not care that we are sunk financially.
Went out to look at some SUV's Craig Treon showed me a couple.. told him $300 would be to much for a monthly payment, ask for him
