I have never experienced such horrible service in my life! I made a 9am appointment for 5/18/18, got my vehicle there on time, and was told it was a 4.5 hour job. Didn't hear after 5.5 hours so I called, was told they found another issue that had to be fixed and it would be another 3 hours. Got a call after 3.5 hours to be told that there was ANOTHER issue, the tech had gone home, and I would not be getting my vehicle until the next day. I took my car in for an oil change. When they handed me the keys they didn’t bother telling me my front drivers side window was not working. The window was up when I dropped it off and it wouldn’t go up or down after I got it back. It was stuck with the window half way down. I took it somewhere else to have it fixed. I will never go back. I went back in to complain and I felt like they were indifferent.

Horrible experience. Quoted a price for $414.00 repairs over the phone. Brought the car in and their "expert" mechanics wanted $800 for the job. Ended up bringing the car to a AAA certified mechanic and got it fixed for under $400.00

Don’t go here for anything but parts that you install yourself. My battery was 5 years old and running down so I went there for a new one. The one they sold me was more expensive than their advertisement. After installation The Manager (I think) told me the reason my battery was running down was because my alternator was “shot”. He showed me a computer printout which “confirmed” his diagnosis and gave me a pricey estimate for a new one. -10 horrible customer service I went in for an oil change have never leaked 1 drop of oil in my beautiful mustang, I came out leaking oil from value cover and rear main seal and oil sensor? I took back next day he said it was confirmed the rear main seal was leaking and that it had been for a while, then why wouldn’t they put it on invoice and tell even though it wasn’t I know for a fact? I had my oil changed at Pep Boys on Lake Mead and had a good experience. Two days later a light came on my dash for low coolant. I pull into Pep Boys on Sahara and encountered May at the cash register. She was soooooo rude. I simply asked to have my fluids checked and she snapped. It's going to be at least two hours,my technicians just can't drop what they're doing for you. All this in a matter of a minute of meeting her. Bottom line is May is a terrible fit for customer service!

I recently took my car in to Pep Boys for an oil change. They did a brake check and told me that both the front and rear brake pads needed to be replaced and the pads were 90 percent worn. They also said that the rear rotors were "too thin" and needed replacement. They had a sale on the brake jobs so I decided to have them do the job, but I made an appointment for a later date.
