If you want to get ripped off you'll have your automotive repairs done here! I had my water pump replaced in Nov. of 2015. I go in to find out that it needs to be replaced again according to them. Get this. The water pump has a lifetime warranty on the part but the service doesn't. The service came out to $288 dollars -- gets better. They will waive the service fee if i have them work on another job that they suggested (the air condenser) for $1100. I told them just give me my part that is warrantied and they refused. If you want your car to come out with more problems than when you dropped it off, this would be the place to go. I went in for an alignment, which after 5 days still hadn't been completed. I went to pick my car up while I waited for the extra "part" to come in later in the week they said was needed to finish my alignment. They had unplugged my remote start, rifled through my glove box and replaced my battery for an old one. Worst of all, if my dad and brother hadn't just replaced it, I would have never noticed. I took my car into pep boys automotive repair in broom all pa and was treaty poorly I asked the machanic to drive my car and tell me what he needed to do to fix the loud noise in my front end and he fixed the the wrong thing and charged me 800$ and told me it was my fault because I said go ahead with the work .
