You guys suck. One of your insured drivers totaled my car, caused severe bodily injury and are not paying. Thank god I have state farm because they had to pay. And a side note, your driver was convicted and had to pay a ticket and have court supervision but yet not accepting liability. Horrible insurance company in my eyes.
Has anyone else had trouble paying their insurance by computer or automation...I have 6 policies pay them same day, same bank route number, and same checking account. 2 weeks later I get a call from my insurance agent saying the bank doesn't recognize my account on one of the policys, their will be a $35 service fee, because your bank charges this. My bank DOES NOT CHARGE THIS. A customer should not be punished because a number is missing or wrong and a courtesy call earlier than 2 weeks would be appreciated. My insurance ag... read more
Pekin Insurance agents hang up on you consistently and do not only refuse to pay on claims but deal unprofessionally with customers. My attorney who worked for Pekin Insurance says to stay as far away as possible as they DO NOT pay claims and have the worst customer service available and I can not agree more!

I find that if you write the best policy, and there are several different types, for your client that at the time of a claim, they are always happy. Our local claims teams are friendly and fair. Good Communication is a must between agent, client and adjuster.
