I have been an agent with Pekin for 5 years and have my personal insurance with Pekin as well. Whenever one of my clients has a claim, I am always relieved when it is assigned to adjuster Jessica Henson. She is professional, quick to call my customers and follows up when she says she is. Pekin and our agency is lucky to have such a wonderful employee/adjuster.

I am rating Pekin Insurance 5 stars simply because I had the extreme fortune to have Mary Smith as my adjustor on a recent claim. Not only was she very professional and efficient, she went way above and beyond her duty to do everything possible to make this experience painless and actually pleasant. Kudos to an excellent member of the claim staff!!!!!
Our adjuster Mary Smith did a fabulous job! Was very courteous and professional throughout her inspections with all of my rental homes. I have been with Pekin Insurance with my business insurance and my rental home insurance for 15 years with a total of three claims (all due to storms) and every time they have taken good care of me and my investments the way an insurance company should!! Nine shingles blew off different spots and they won't pay to have it fixed. This company is a joke. And now my ceiling is leaking when it rains. Why hire people that don't know anything about houses? I guess I answered my own question. They don't have to help and I still pay what I owe every month. Looking for a new company on my next day off.

Well my husband called today to get insurance cards. Evidently we have no insurance for 2 years the lady said. Really ? She told my husband to call back in the morning to talk to office manager. How come that money comes out of my bank every month. I'm fricking livid!! So they been fraud my ass for 2 year ? Better get some answers tomorrow. My payment comes out every month no accidents. So confused . Had one claim 2 years ago on stuff stolen from my garage. They didn't want to pay me shit. Looks like after this gets resolved... read more
