they are terrible they were supposed to call me dealing with my car took over a week and didn't even inform me that they were closed on Friday nor did they call to tell me knowing the rental car had to go back Friday after only having it for 6 days when I was told I would get it for 10 day but they don't care if someone needs to get to work and now they are telling me my car is only worth 9 grand and giving me the run around definitely not worth getting insurance with them at all

Send all of their employees home that can work from home. I know you are not and it's going to the media about the lies & excuses.
Scott and Linda Meyers are deplorable humans. Their insured rear ended me and they are making me shut down my practice to meet with lawyers before they will even fix my car! Their insured never even reported the incident!

They were very helpful with the one time I had a claim on my homeowners policy. I had questions today about some payments and online account issues. Everyone was very professional and helpful: Shelby on the switchboard, Chayanne in customer service, and Tim in IT.

We have a very good agents. Don and Terri of Goodland, Indiana. They have helped us through many claims over the almost 50 years we have had them. Our windshield broke on our truck. 5 minutes later the glass place was calling us. I am impressed with their speed and helpfulness with any claim we have had over the years. Highly recommended.
