I have had the worst experience with this company I recommend not insuring a camper with them.

I wish I could give you a lower rating! After a month and a half battle with Marie N. And her supervisor Don H. I have never been so disappointed and angry with a company in my life!! Just horrible!!
I am so impressed with how quickly my claim has been taken care of. I hit a deer around 6:30 Tuesday night and by 1:00pm Thursday I had received a call telling me the check for the repairs was being sent to me. I am so thankful that it was an easy and quick process! Thank you so much!
Disappointed with Pekins Insurance This is my first experience with Pekin Insurance and am very disappointed. If you are insured by Pekin be advised-you may be contacted by accident victims later asking for additional monies to pay for good quality parts! A Pekin insured motorist backed into my vehicle so severely it required replacement of my front end parts. He admitted fault and stated he did not look before backing up. So today I get my insurance premium for my two cars from Pekin and find it jumped $200. The reason? Credit information. Apparently they think I don't pay off all my accounts on time (I do. I have the credit report to show it) and they are upset they don't have credit information about my car financing (Well, that is because I pay cash for my cars).
