Service has been horrible lately get back to where y'all use to be. Jeremy the gentlemen that works at the Ray Hs Location and the Hispanic girl with the hello kitty tatts have no respect for your customers. They need to be taught what your hours of operations are. Not from their shift to 15mins before close. Sorry Jeremy that the hours you work and the customers get in the way of your life. It's doesn't work that way. You clock in and work till close not close 15min early and try to get out right at 10.

In my experience with Peerless, being a long-time customer doesn't mean you won't receive apathy in place of customer service when an issue arises. When I posted this feedback on their Facebook page, they deleted it, which I found beyond annoying.
Peerless is the best...my mother and grandmother also always used Peerless...so do my children and grandchildren...that's five very satisfied generations. Of course, Doug Johnson is a bit of a cute doofus!
