Terrible customer service. I have had a problem twice, management will never call you back.
I am not happy with their standard of care.
Brought my husband and my sons jeans in for heavy starch on a Thursday and asked them to be ready by Tuesday. When we came to pick them the men’s jeans all had creases in the knees and they LOST my sons brand new cinch jeans. They still had tags on them when I dropped them off. They at least searched for them but I am highly irritated. They refuse to tell us what they will do if they do not find them.
Did a great job on my shirts and dresses! Staff was very friendly and professional !
Ruined my beautiful dress and didn’t tell me! I only found out when I got home and removed plastic. Their name should be CARELESS, not Peerless!! You would think that they would know how to care for delicate items. It seems they just take your clothing, bunch it into a wad and throw it in a machine. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN.

they offer washing your clothes, but they are not responsible for ruining them. I took my clothes to the Ingleside store on Saturday to have them washed, dried , and folded. picked them up and paid 65.00 for their service to get home and see that they ruined all of my white and light colored clothes. when I call them about it, they say we are not responsible and they don't know what to tell me. spike to the manager and she states they are not responsible for the incident and did apologize.
