Dude I hate cleaners I really do, well my wife decides to take 5 of my suits and I have a shit load. And those that know me know all my suits are from 800-1200 so I don't care what it cost to clean and press. Peerless freaking sucks. My pants have double lines the stains on my suits are still there and so are the spots. I go to smell and I still smell my colognes. Are you kidding me. I'm way pist. Peerless you frkng suck

I dropped off a suit that needed alterations due to some weight gain. The seamstress was nice and friendly and did an awesome job. My suit and shirt looked great, at a fair price and on time as promised. I will definitely go here again and recommend it highly!

I dropped off a few pieces on Tuesday for an event on Friday. I went to pick these items Friday evening and to my surprise they lost my pants for my outfit. Upset is the nicest way to describe my feelings. I was directed to call the manager "Star" the next morning. I did and she wasn't even there. It's Sunday and still no pants.
I took my son's mariachi suit n the one on staples next to Ray high school. they said they do this all the time. It came out horrible. The galas we all busted up. N the only thing they told me was sorry. They didn't even offer to hv it fixed. I understand a busted button or a broken zipper. But to hv the thread busting out of the pants the jacket is unacceptable! They should of warned me that this might happen. But the lady reassured me that they do uniforms like this all the time. Left money in my suit. Called and they walked to my suit removed the money, verified the bills, then said it would be available when I pick up the suit. Now that I went to pick up the suit they said it's been "lost" and they aren't responsible.

The absolute worst dry cleaner experience ever. I dropped my son's suit off on Thursday (for a debate tournament he's attending on Saturday) and was told I would have it by Friday after 5:30pm. I went to pick it up and it was still at the cleaning facility. NO ONE would check to see where it was. NO ONE was even apologetic about the situation. The one on south staples near kings crossing has the rudest employee. My first experience with her being rude was when she was too busy smoking outside to help me in the drive through, last night I got there about 10 minutes before they closed. She was helping another customer and then said they were closed! When I tried to explain that I was there before 7 she started yelling and said that customer was a witness!
