Love going there nice n clean.everyone friendly...
Came here because another cleaners in town didn't do the job right. Now this place didn't do the job right. I asked for heavy starch on all 5 items. Only 1 was done. A HUGE INCONVENIENCE as well. No managers on site or at main store to discuss issue with either, so I was told to wait til Monday! I will NOT be back! The girl at the counter wanted to argue with me as well. So sorry to hear about this issue. We normally do a great job on heavy starch. Please since you don't need them immediately take them back so we can have them redone at no charge. We always strive to do a good job but obviously we didn't live up to your expectations and want to make it right. I can't thank Peerless Cleaners enough for taking care of almost all of our clothes from a family of 4 after Hurricane Harvey. Clothes are mostly all we had left, so they had pretty much everything I owned in their care. They were amazing, thoughtful, and just truly amazing to us during this difficult time. I definitely recommend them!!
Service members. Don't take your uniforms here. They lose items then refuse to even let you file a complaint. Customer was told by manager that he didn't care if they reported to better business association and refused information about who to talk to about loss.
