Peerless Cleaners in Annaville has always done a great job with all of our dry cleaning and has great customer service with a smile. I highly recommend them.
Absolutely unsat- used them 3 times, three terrible experiences. They can’t do a basic military crease, they always double crease, and they lost my wife’s belt and then called me a liar when I said it was dropped off with the dress. They eventually found it and apologized. Bottom line- this is a military town. The location outside the gate at NAS gets a ton of military customers. How can you not know how to do a basic military crease? Grade: F minus
I typically use their wash, dry and fold service which has been fine. However, this evening I needed to wash and dry a few items in the laundry mat. I pull up, get out to check the hours on the door which stated to be in the laundry mat by 8pm. It was 7:50pm. I proceeded back to my car to get my clothes (because it wasn’t 8pm yet) and the lady who is working this evening walked to the door and locked me out. Came here because another cleaners in town didn't do the job right. Now this place didn't do the job right. I asked for heavy starch on all 5 items. Only 1 was done. A HUGE INCONVENIENCE as well. No managers on site or at main store to discuss issue with either, so I was told to wait til Monday! I will NOT be back! The girl at the counter wanted to argue with me as well. Saying it was done however the ticket reads. The ticket reads HEAVY. Thankfully I don't need to wear these items for another 2 weeks so there's time to get ... read more

So sorry to hear about this issue. We normally do a great job on heavy starch. Please since you don't need them immediately take them back so we can have them redone at no charge. We always strive to do a good job but obviously we didn't live up to your expectations and want to make it right.
