About this business
We cook in a Mugnaini-built wood-burning oven. We use white and red oak for its clean taste, high BTUs (British thermal units) and mild ash bed. All of our pizzas, wings, appetizers, and entrees are cooked to perfection at a consistent 800 degrees. The blaze of the oven leaves its unique mark on all of our foods with a signature charred bubble on the crust of our pizzas, and an addicting caramelized char on our wood-fired wings.

Randy is the best bartender! Try the Fire wings, they are🔥. The pizza is always delicious too!
I like their non-traditional pizzas. I had the maple bourbon pork pizza and really enjoyed it. Our waitress (Rachel in Edwardsville)was really good and kept our drinks filled!
There pizza is delicious and the servers are all great. Plus they have great desserts! Rachel In Edwardsville is my favorite waitress!
Nina is one of the most pleasant bartenders! Always checking to make sure you are doing well and constantly has a smile on her face! The edwardsville location has some of the friendliest workers. Brooke Aud is also one of my favorite bartenders, always great conversation.

PEEL is amazing! Alex did an awesome job tonight. Staff is so friendly, service is quick and I haven't found anything on the menu I didn't love.
