About this business
We cook in a Mugnaini-built wood-burning oven. We use white and red oak for its clean taste, high BTUs (British thermal units) and mild ash bed. All of our pizzas, wings, appetizers, and entrees are cooked to perfection at a consistent 800 degrees. The blaze of the oven leaves its unique mark on all of our foods with a signature charred bubble on the crust of our pizzas, and an addicting caramelized char on our wood-fired wings.

We had a wonderful lunch with exquisite service from Rachel R. She has the most wonderful personality, and we loved her recommendations. Most people celebrate on February 14, but we decided February 13 was just as good a day. Without a doubt, Peel remains one of our favorite restaurants.

Peel Edwardsville is superb! Bartender Brooke and her well crafted cocktails! The food - involtini any day, just had their enchilada pizza - delicious. Salads, desserts, wings...never had anything bad. Peel, I thank you! And if you haven’t done this yet - sign up for their rewards program! ❤️
The Chicken Enchilada pizza is amazing and Patrick was a great server! Peel is one of our favorite places to dine out!
