About this business
We cook in a Mugnaini-built wood-burning oven. We use white and red oak for its clean taste, high BTUs (British thermal units) and mild ash bed. All of our pizzas, wings, appetizers, and entrees are cooked to perfection at a consistent 800 degrees. The blaze of the oven leaves its unique mark on all of our foods with a signature charred bubble on the crust of our pizzas, and an addicting caramelized char on our wood-fired wings.

Have loved Peel since it’s doors opened years ago and we are still regulars! Excellent food but the staff is what really makes the Edwardsville location incredible! Brooke Aud is a fantastic spokesperson. Always a sparkly smile and happy! Her drinks are top notch too! Sit at the bar and hang with Brooke in Edwardsville!
We love going to the Edwardsville one-it's the best. Then, when we have Patrick as our server, it's even better. Great location and great server!..not to mention the food. Always a recommend.

Came in for pizza and to see Randi mixin’ up the drinks! She’s the best bartender around. Maple Bourbon pizza is awesome!
